Please DO NOT remove the strings or attempt to dismantle any broken or faulty racket parts.
Appointments for dropping off or collecting rackets are normally between 17:30 and 18:30, Monday to Friday, unless otherwise agreed.
Payment is strictly CASH, IN ADVANCE. Because of Covid-19, we are no longer making exceptions to this rule.
COVID-19 HANDLING PRECAUTIONS
DROP-OFF: When you drop your racket off, it will be put directly in a plastic bag, and cleaned with antiseptic wipes before being handled directly.
COLLECTION: Your racket will have been disinfected with antiseptic wipes when you receive it back. You may wish to clean it further, or wait for a period of several days before removing it from the plastic bag and handling it.
Please note that owing to the highly-porous nature of handgrips it is not possible to vouch for their cleanliness unless they are brand-new and unused.
How long will it take?
Thanks to various issues incurred by Covid-19, please allow at least 3 working days for your restring, or 5 days if you want a non-stock string.
